Drafter

Needed to assist with structural by using AutoCAD software, SDS 2 Steel Modeling software, and Pronest software. Experience with steel design or an Associates Degree in AutoCAD is appreciated but not required. On-site training included with hiring. Experience in welding procedures and reading blueprints is also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate steel structure designs using specific softwares

  • Design projects with accuracy and within timeframes

  • Design, program, and help run the plasma table

  • Manage projects through effective communication with customers and coworkers

  • Check the work of coworkers

  • Assist in meetings and estimating as requested

Pay

$22 to $26 hourly pay based on experience.

Overtime pay will be 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

Hours

Full-Time Position:

40 hour work week.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.

Some overtime needed on occasion.

Part-Time Position:

20 hour work week.

Schedule negotiable, must be during office hours.
